Dental Robot & Love-Doll

I was gob-smacked having seen this creepy dental patient robot presented by a Japanese university while ago and today happened to know this robot was developed with a Japanese love-doll maker.
Aha! It makes sense.

This professor says that the sense of reality is psychologically important as people try not to make mistakes / hurt the patient.

Now love-doll technique helps people’s sex and teeth.

If I add a bit more information I gained from Japanese TV documentary on love-doll history…

*Love-doll has a quite history since early 17th century or even before

*1950’s Japanese Antarctic Research Expedition had it there in a snowdome and the love-doll had her name

*These days people live with love-dolls, even there are travelling tour with the dolls
