Louise Bourgeois @ Freud Museum
Have been to Freud Museum for Louise Bourgeois’s exhibition.
The concept is she went through depression and psycho therapy. This connects with the very last home of Freud who’s the father of psycho therapy.

Every time I see her work, her powerful impact overwhelms me.
Then today’s most powerful one was…
“When I do not “attack” I don’t feel myself alive” – her pencil hand writing on brown paper.
I can feel for her.
I will upload these image x 2 by Louise Bourgeois not to forget what I’ve seen today.

This was covered with, I’m pretty sure, children’s ribbed pale pink woolly tights beautifully patched together by hand to create amazing 3D detailed body shape.

This hair is only A piece of striped fabric and the body’s covered patched stretchy material. It’s shame you can’t see on this photo but if you look from the side, the knees / ankles are tucked in such realistic and sweet way.
Also I want to keep note of what she said in her documentary film – “Art is guaranty of sanity – not cuckoo”.
She seems the person who’d never been ashamed about her hatred / anger obsession to express in dark but delicate manner which ,I feel, made herself the great artwork of hers and she knew about it.
