Discovery of this artist – Avish Khebrehzadeh - made my day tonight at Sprovieri.
The cover of her small book – the top image – was THERE.
Page after page, I couldn’t help smiling.
This interpretation of the peacock requires a bit of imagination.
I saw her other types of work with more techniques / labour which didn’t really come into my head but these simple line drawings are strong sturbone presence.
